I'm a certified coach with over 20 years of experience helping women heal their lives. As a Life Coach, Herbalist, Certified Nutritionist, and Body Code Practitioner, I work hand in hand with you to access healing and achieve the well-being and joy you desire.

My work brings together trauma release, human energetics, nutrition, lifestyle education, and mindset mastery, because real healing rarely lives in just one place. Helping you heal your life is my passion, and I will meet you exactly where you are.
